Another case against Mary J. Blige4 min read

It seems they won’t give singer Mary J. Blige, a break when it comes to her paying out money. This time, she’s facing a $1.9 million dollar legal battle with Signature Bank. The bank claims the singer owes them that amount.
According to sources, the singer first agreed to payment plan of $20k a month with the bank. However, the bank claims Mary still owes numerous monthly payments, leaving them with no other choice but to seek legal action.
In 2012, Signature Bank originally sued Blige for failing to pay back a massive $2.2 million dollar loan she and her estranged husband Kevin Isaacs had taken out. Blige and the bank later reached an agreement to pay back the loan in monthly payments. However, inconsistency payments give the bank the right to refile the lawsuit. This suit comes a month after Blige was ordered to pay her ex husband $30,000 a month in temporary spousal support. So we can only hope she resolves this one without the drama.
