Remy Ma would prefer to work with Nicki Minaj6 min read

Rapper Remy Ma recently sat down and shared some reflections about her #ShEther diss to International Rapper Nicki Minaj. She started with a disclaimer, stating that she doesn’t enjoy lyrically assaulting other female rappers, but she will in the event that she is provoked to anger. She stated:

“I do not condone or recommend the tearing down of another female. That’s not what I do,” Remy began. “Anybody that knows me knows that I embrace females.I think we work so much better when we work together and when we help each other. However, in the event that you piss me off and we become archenemies, run for cover.”

Despite the fact that Remy made some foul remarks, posted lingerie pictures of Nicki and then threatened to do more damage, she says that she’s notnecessarily proud of ShEther and the negativity that came with it. The rapper shared that she wishes that she could have collaborated with Nicki instead and it just bothers her that this record that she put out, where it’s literally picking apart a female, went so viral and every media outlet wants to talk about it and pick it up. She also feels that they could’ve done the same thing working together and it would’ve been so much cooler if they came together and made something crazy. Even though she doesn’t regret “Shether”, she is not particularly proud of it.”
