Vybz Kartel’s dancehall record ‘Fever’ has landed on the Billboard R & B/Hip Hop airplay chart and is now at number 37.

The song, which is also the lead single from his album King of The Dancehall, was released in 2016.

The record is also making its first entrance on an international chart in a year.

Kartel’s business partner Michael Dawson said the incarcerated deejay is in high demand in the US and he thinks Drake and Justin Bieber have brought back dancehall into the mainstream and Vybz Kartel is the best dancehall has right now. In the States right now, Vybz Kartel is very popular, and mainstream radio has been playing a lot of dancehall music.

The video for Fever has been viewed over 21 million times on YouTube.com. This is not Kartel’s first time on the Billboard chart. He has had Billboard success with songs like Clarks, Romping Shop and Notnice.
